Crash Survival Investigation Advanced Course (Tempe, Arizona)

General civil trial practice in state and federal courts since 1958, with primary practice being insurance defense including automobile, malpractice, errors and omissions, products liability, landlord/ tenant coverage, bad faith, business, economic and contract claims.  Trials both jury and non-jury in all courts, with emphasis on aviation-related claims including airports, manufacturers, pilots, airlines, maintenance activities, and flight instruction, which claims would involve wrongful death, personal injury and contract damages.

Practice also includes commercial representation and litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and administrative law.  Experienced in probate, guardianships, conservatorships and trusts, including litigation in these areas.
